Whenever you visit Sobie Meats you can expect top tier service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere! Buying meat here makes a world of a difference in quality compared to your average grocery store. Reasonable/comparable prices and fantastic quality. I appreciate knowing where the meat I’m buying came from/was raised. They have all of the meat options you could possibly want, unique side dishes with their own special touch and even seasonings. Try their Tim’s Blend seasoning on your triple meat burger patty (and pizza, potatoes, and more)!

If you like wings, don’t forget about drumsticks!!

I had the pleasure of talking to the owner yesterday who told me all about the process of how they choose what is in their store.

If you want to support local and feel like eating a great product, go there. Also the prices were comparable if not better for their meats than they are at your regular grocery store.

I don’t think I’m getting my meat anywhere else anymore.

Love the meat cases-- homemade sausages, jerky and breakfast sausages are very good. Good wine selection and other items in the store. Bonus:: they are carrying Wesleydale cheese, now.

Such a great butcher shop. The Parkside kielbasa is the absolute best!! The closest I can find to what I grew up on from the west side of Chicago.
Also love that you can shop for everything else you need b/c they have a full market as well!!

Love them, my brother has kidney disease years ago they assisted or donated a lot of meat for a fundraiser for his transplant. Fast forward to 12/24/24 I'm buying 7 NY strip steaks for the family Christmas dinner and they have plenty of options and product available. I love the set up it's a rectangle room, but they use the space quite well. It's a good feeling walking into sobie meats and looking around a little bit, grabbing my ticket waiting for number to be called. Then outstanding service from the ladies working behind the counters. Meat is always delicious. Many homemade extras to make your mealtimes extra special. Service is great. All employees are super friendly and helpful. You are bound to find something unexpected to top off your shopping experience.

So, this place is Amazing!! I’m traveling for work so don’t have anywhere to cook one of their “cut to any thickness” steaks, but I will get one next time- I did load up on summer sausage and such- spicy with cheese, teriyaki, and a few others. Also this place has great pre-made spreads for crackers - all sooo good!
