We asked Michaela at the Smokey Michigan food truck to provide lunch for our daughter's birthday party at Blake's South Lyon. She was so easy to work with and basically made a custom menu for us! Because of rainy weather, the food ended up being the focal point of the party, and everyone loved it. The pulled pork was tender and so flavorful, especially with the sauces provided. The mac and cheese was predictably a huge hit, and the coleslaw was one of the best we've tasted. They also have a fun, varied food truck menu, including brisket sandwiched between toasted donuts (genius). We highly recommend their food truck and all their products!

Food was marginal at best. Bourbon bacon chicken tacos (3 for $12) had no hint of bourbon or bacon flavor. They were also soggy from the liquid that wasn’t drained when the meat was added to the tortilla. The brisket nachos were $14, way too much $$ for such a small portion and flavorless plate.

These products are great! They are a staple in our household as they go with anything! We have tried lots of new meats and ways to use the sauces and rubs. Our absolute favorite is the jalapeño relish! Great on brats, dogs and burgers! Smokey Michigan is a great small business!

The dry rub is good on anything. Especially on any smoked or grilled meats, even in deviled eggs. The BBQ sauce range of use and flavors will please ANY person who wants the next best thing for their BBQ.

The all purpose seasoning is great! Really goes well with pork chops. The gentleman that we spoke to at the farmers market was very informative about what goes into the seasoning. Great taste without the added nonsense of a commercial seasoning and for a great price.

The all purpose seasoning is the best seasoning I have used. I use it on chicken, and pork like a rub, and on beef as well. It really enhances the flavor of your meat. You will not be disappointed if you try this, I recommend it.

I mean when you pay $17 for a brisket mac and cheese you expect too get a basket full of mac and cheese and brisket not just a half scoop of mac and cheese and some pretty average brisket they just sprinkle on there over priced and average

Stumbled across some of their spices in Frankenmuth and fell in love. Use them on all things from ziti, breakfast bakes, and anything else I can think of.
