Since Sloans opened I have bought many different types of equipment from there. The location is always clean and well lite. The sales staff is very knowledgeable on all equipment, and all of my purchases have delivered outstanding results, great brands you can trust! I've had service completed here as well. The service team was great to work with and provided a very detailed estimate before starting any work on my equipment. I highly recommend you stop in for a visit.

I purchased a $145.00 mower belt by giving the model and serial number for the mower. They ordered the wrong belt and would not refund my money or order the correct belt for me. They have a 14 day return policy and I missed it by several days. They would not take the wrong belt back or even pay me $20.00 for it back. It was not used and still in the packaging. If you do return anything within 14 days they still charge you a 20% restocking fee. They would not work with me in any way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHIG FROM THEM!!!!!

Bought a cub cadet zero turn mower. The price was lowest of three other shops, and got a military discount to boot. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy at all.

Do your own checking but they had the best price and the military discount made it even better

Bought a used mower, they delivered it to my house. As promised, they adjusted the deck to be sure it is level and it has a full tank of gas. The driver showed me how to operate everything, super helpful! Thank you Sloans!!

Not willing to take 10 minutes to put a front zero turn tire back on the rim. Store manager said she didn't want to disturb the flow of the service people. I took the tire to Discount Tire and they took care of the issue in 5 minutes for no charge. Thanks Discount Tire you just gained a new customer.

We have been a customer of Sloan's for years. We have purchased various saws, power equipment and supplies from them, we also take our saws to them for repairs.
Debbie, Jeremiah and the rest of the staff are super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always keep us updated with repairs!

Sloan's truly saved the day big time for us!!! We have a articulating loader that experienced a hydraulic leak. We contacted manufacturer whom sent us 1.5 hours away and told us it was the only place in Michigan that serviced our machine. Whom ended up having our machine for majority of a year (July 22-July23), with countless trips back and forth only to find out it was still leaking every time!!!

On a whim we called Sloan's(bonus they are local) to see if they would be willing to look at it for us. They agreed to, found the issue and fixed it in no time!!!! THANK YOU SLOAN'S we truly appreciate you all. Sloan's will always be the first place we call!
