If you haven't tried cutting your own Christmas trees, you know like in every Hallmark Christmas movie, this is a really fun place to start. The properly is a decent size and you won't need to deal with crowds, just friendly families on the hunt for the perfect tree. Some even bring their chairs and make a little picnic of the event.
You'll get a reliable saw at entry and there's twine if you didn't bring your own rope/straps. For $80 this year (2023), I thought it was a fair price. Our tree has remained fresh right through New Years eve and could easily make it much longer for those like myself having a difficult time letting go of the season 🙃. Knowing how long these trees last I would go earlier next year.

Definitely a fun place for the whole family! CASH OR CHECK ONLY! We didn’t find a tree we liked but it was fun to walk around and look - went to the left where the sign “best trees this way” was posted but trees in the section were lacking. Maybe better trees were to the right but it was getting dark so we headed out.

Skyline Ranch Tree Farm is an excellent place to go for the classic traditional cut-your-own Christmas tree hunt. They loan you a saw at the entry then you drive in and find a spot to park and go on foot. Bring a rope and checkbook or cash - they don't take cards - and this year it was $68 per tree. Well worth it for the memories.

Drove 40 minutes on Dec 12th at 1pm only to find it closed...
The website says "We are open daily" til 4pm

UPDATE: "We are sorry we missed you we are sold out for the 2021 Christmas season" they replied. Why not put that on your website when you sell out? 🤨 Why wait for disappointed customers to drive for 40 min to find out, and then respond to their reviews with "I'm sorry we sold out!" Just update your website! 😝 Merry Christmas 🎄
