I’m not a contractor just a regular guy who needed some stepping stones, large limestone steps and some other things. However, when I needed to return eight of the 12 18x48 limestone steps SiteOne especially MILES treated me like I’m one of their $1 million customers. They were very easy to deal with and were willing to accept a return that had been, well awhile.

Good selection, which makes it worth it. Front desk staff have a weirdly bad attitude. Todd and the other guy. It’s like you’re bothering them if you have a question lol.

A good selection of hardscape materials, loose stone, and plants. Prices on par with other landscape supplies. Usually just enough staff to help you out. I have never had to wait more than 1 customer which I am good with.
Fair warning, 119 is becoming very busy these days and it can be very hard to turn left out of their drive at some times of the day, especially in a tractor trailer.
