I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent flower order for my MIL . The arrangement we received did not accurately reflect the pictures shown on your website. The first picture is what we wanted and the second and Third pic is what she received 😞. .

One the best places to have your special events Hilton hotel decorated hands down, I was very impressed the first time I saw their work at Hilton hotel woodland 4 years ago , the creativity unique extravagant and very impressive from stage to very elaborate candelabras to all kinds of flower arrangements 🌺🌹 , the company 🚚 never stop 🛑 amazing me with all kinds ❣️ "customize vision & creation ".

I ordered an arrangement for my mother’s birthday, and the flowers delivered look nothing like what was ordered. This is what I ordered and this is what she received. I understand pictures aren’t always exactly what the product will look like, however, this isn’t even relatively close. I could have saved money and used flowers from my own garden had I known this is what would be delivered.

I was very disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for Mother's Day. It looked cheap, and it was something I could have done on my own. This place doesn't even deserve a one-star. I will never buy anything from this place again. No effort whatsoever to make the arrangement, and I'm most frustrated since I ordered this for someone so special.
