If you have never been, you need to stop in. Always the best cuts of meat. They have fabulous potatoes for baking. We are always satisfied! Definitely a 10

We were in the shop with our daughter July 3, 2024 to choose meat for grilling for the holiday. We chose a large beautiful sirloin anticipating how great it would be. Our son in law grilled it medium. Beautifully grilled when served it was so tough my wife and I could not eat it. No complaints about the staff or service as it is always good. However, was very disappointed with product.

The butcher shop was busy this afternoon. When I walked in there were 4 customers in front of me. Yet, the staff were both efficient and friendly and the wait was under three minutes! The quality of meats, the prices, the product displays, the skill of Sig's butchers, and the pleasant small town shopping atmosphere make this butcher shop the place to go!

This is the best meat market around. I stopped by today and picked up some beef fat. They also had some of their Artichoke and Spinach stuffed Portobello Mushrooms. They were fantastic ! Added some diced green onions, preheated the oven to 400° and cooked for 25 min Amazing !

I ordered a honey basted spiral-cut ham for Thanksgiving. That was the first time I’d ordered from Sig’s and I’m so happy that I did!! The meat was wonderful, the service was terrific and the people were very warm and helpful. Going back for Christmas!!!🎊
