I was looking for a company that could fulfill a pretty last minute order of a huge amount of vegetables, and when I told them how much I needed and they instantly said they could do it, I was a little skeptical about the fresh the food would be.. but when I received that first order of organic produce from them, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and fresh everything was! the organic white onions especially, I could smell how fresh they were and they were remarkably clean for being certified organic, which is usually the most susceptible produce to find some dirt on!

the order was delivered at the time promised, and the man I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating, even though he was a little hard to understand sometimes. our communications via email were also very thorough and timely.

overall, great customer service and great quality produce! I will definitely be ordering from shim’s food again!
