I don't know what the issue is here, I had no problems at all. Maybe because it was a dry load I guess, I don't know. But I got here at 9 o'clock at night. I slept on Sharp St. until 3am and had no problems with the police. There were 10 other trucks around when I woke up and it didn't look like anybody had a ticket.
I called the number and got in a door at 3:30 (that's when my appointment was). I slept for another hour in the dock, made some coffee and oatmeal in my truck and got a phone call at 5:30 that I was unloaded and ready to go. If I didn't read all the negative reviews before I got here I would have thought this place was a 10 out of 10 for its efficiency. I've been to much worse.
Three very beautiful and pleasant ladies work here as well. If I was only 20 years younger lol..
I parked back out on Samantha St. for a couple more hours waiting for my dispatcher to get me a new load. Good grassy area out there for my dog to run around on while we waited and again no issues with parking or police.
Update: as I was leaving I did see sheriff commercial vehicle enforcement truck coming in at about 7:30

Not a bad place. No staging area for drivers. Have to call and they send ya a text. Supply information requested then wait until they call with a door. If you park in the turn lane out on riverside the local police will run ya off. Friendly enough folks tho.

If you’re going to make us wait for hours and hours past our appointment time, the least you could do is allow us to breathe. This reefer had been inundating all us drivers with toxic fumes for over four hours as we waited to get unloaded. They should compensate us for the cancer treatment we’re going to have to get. My appointment time 06:00, checked in 04:40, docked at 06:30 and they didn’t touch my truck until 09:30. Not only do they waste your time but they also subject you to dangerous air quality because they can’t maintain their equipment properly, AND potentially spoil the cargo because they can’t unload you in a timely manner. Call the number to check in first. Don’t pull in. Don’t park on street overnight due to ticket risk.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting the worst, but it was the opposite. I parked down the road by Costco to avoid getting a ticket. Called to check in at 1:30am and got a door at :2:15. Checked in at the office, nice and friendly staff, and was unloaded within 1 1/2 hours. I guess i was one of the lucky ones. Great experience A++

1 pallet - 2 hours. Which is not too bad. Approximately fast enough to say I've got lucky compared to others who had to wait longer. But the smell - it smelled like there was a huge outbreak, I don't know exactly what it was. And the parking space - they park their trucks, and you have been left with no room to pull into your dock or out.

Just like all the other reviews about this place. I arrived at midnight for a 2am appointment. You have to call to check in ( see pics ) they had me a door 2:14am. You park on your door the. Walk to door 201 to check in. Awesome well at 5:39am I had a driver beating on my door waking me up telling me to move I was in his door. I told him I’ve been over 3 hours and they still haven’t even started unloading me yet. So I walk all the way back up to office and she tells me “ you have a huge load so they are taking you last so they have room. I said oh ok. I get back to the truck and explain to the other driver what’s going on and they start unloading me. Took about 15 minutes to finish unloading. Then it took another full hour to send the Lumper fee. $260. I paid it immediately. It’s 7:45am and I’m still waiting on paperwork. This is insane.

Check in from the street. No outside (not employed by shamrock foods) carrier drivers allowed on property without first calling both numbers on sign at least once each. Upon second attempt, a little man is going to attempt to demand you answer his text message before you’ll be allowed to receive HIS dock door assignment. He will instruct you that your appointment confirmation means nothing and that HE decides when and where you may unload your freight. He will also inform you that it is extremely easy to get banned from the property if anything other than absolute agreement comes from ANY driver. He is in charge. He is the god in the stupid truck drivers lives. He WILL BE OBEYED!!!

This place is full of lazy clown disrespectful people starting with the security personnel at the entrance! I had an appointment at 5 am, and didn't get in until 8 am. just because the security was half asleep and was too lazy to check the messages that we have to send with our information to that number provided at the entrance. 0 stars for this place!!
