This is a great little hardware store. The customer service here is top notch and far superior to anything you would receive in big name brand stores. I get all my Stihl parts from here, Lee the parts and repair guy is awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to help people and ensure they receive the best customer service possible.

most of the workers are nice and friendly but one lady who works there always looks down on people like she is better then them. I even had her following me like i was going to steal. She needs to not judge a book by its cover.

Busy but very friendly. We came to return our Uhaul and everyone was very pleasant. Tons of parking and 24 hour Uhaul drop offs. Had a nice clearance section, tons of helpful employees and the shelves were are fully stocked. A very high end Ace Hardware with Still distribution, Yetti coolers and Acorn BBQ grills.

This is a fantastic store to shop in. I am willing to bet that if there is something you need, they will have it. It's just one of those stores that has figured it out. The people that work there are very courteous and helpful. If they don't know, they will point you in the right direction.

Ace Hardware in Valley Springs has been our go-to spot for all our yard and home maintenance needs. Every year, we spend a lot of time weeding and maintaining our yard, and we purchased our Toro mower here, where we always receive excellent customer service in keeping it in top shape. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry, and the customer service is consistently great. We’ve also picked up lumber here to repair dry rot and fix decks.
