My experience was very negative. They are lazy and are not concerned about customers. They lied and don't care because they get their money either way.
Response to owner: The attorney that did the closing was well versed in the experience I received. It was very clear he did not wear the pants in that office. I'd be happy to speak to someone who could actually make a difference so no other person has to have the same experience as I, the buyer, and the sellers have to experience. Although, I will not be recommending Security Title for any future title work.

Closed here, on the new home I purchased on Stamford,Tx. The closer was very knowledgeable and the closing on my house in Houston and purchase of home in Stamford went off without a hitch! The staff here are very accommodating. Great experience!

Very grateful for the folks at Security Title who made selling our first home easier than it could have been. We ran into an unforeseen snag when we showed up the morning of closing, only to realize there had been a miscommunication on our end (not their fault!) and that closing wasn’t supposed to be for three more days. Rather than put us through the emotional rollercoaster of leaving and having to come back, they very kindly updated and reprinted the documents and allowed us to go ahead and sign that day. It was a huge kindness on their part and a huge relief to me! Thanks!

It doesn't get any better than this!!! After a long painful process with the lender, I fully expected the title company to extend the torment. That didn't happen!!! Security Abstract & Title Company is an office of professionals who know how to treat their customers. From the time we walked in, to the time we finished, everyone was super nice, helpful, and worked to make our process quick and easy!!! If only all businesses operated the same way as Security!!!! I can't brag on them enough!!!!!
