Very friendly baristas, very nice coffees and very delicious foods! Drive through only, but good atmosphere! I ordered the hot chocolate and my husband ordered the maple waffle sandwich. All of them were delicious! Always welcomed customers. Makes me happy 🙂 Tiny store but they have a great service! I recommend the store!

Updating because the new crew and management is awful! They allow kids to disrespect customers and get mad when the paying customer tells the kid to chill out. I hope that they get the bad seeds out because a few bad ones can ruin the bunch. Also GM is kind to a point. Today she could have fixed a bad store experience with a peaceful convo to where I felt better because her employees did the most I shouldn't have reacted but, if she watched the cameras her 17 yr old employee was being the problem along with Ari. Mick and Ari earned the store 1 star EDIT REVIEW FROM A 5 STAR for poor customer service... in which i was told i was wrong because her employees came at me. Lol thats fine. 5 years I supported and today the GM made my choice to go elsewhere easier and from the conversation she does not care were a dime a dozen. Sad day for Scooters lost a loyal customer. It's OK though they won't care lol

I ordered on the app, very first time I even wanted to try scooters. I get there the whole system went down. I couldn't get the coffee. I called about a refund, they said it would be refunded, or credits. It's been almost half a week and I still haven't received any sort of refund. So I just wasted the money I had for coffee there when I could have just bought one somewhere else. When I call now no one answers the phone at all. So I feel like I got ripped off.

I consistently went to Scooters, until the new app came out, and my account wouldn’t work.

I finally gained access, and today, i tried them out again, due to having a reward to use.

I ordered a Blended Carmelicious, and a sandwich. The drink didn’t have enough of the emulsifying base, and had ice chunks. I kindly and gently asked if it could be blended again, and add a pump of base.

The girl in the window clarified my request, and proceeded to ask the barista to reblend it. To which the barista screamed, “I ALREADY DOUBLE BLENDED IT, then came to the window to tell me that she already did that.”

She then proceeded to put my name on a running list of names of people who get their next drink free.

I don’t want a free drink! I want the baristas to do their job correctly, and know the appropriate ratios of ingredients to use.

I just want what I pay for. This Scooters is notorious for poor consistency, and terrible customer service.

I come here just about everyday sometimes 2x a day, and there’s been so much inconsistencies with the sizing that I honestly thought I was going crazy, but my large mocha blender I got 2x yesterday, once in the morning and once around 4/5pm. I was charge the EXACT same amount for 2 clearly different cup sizes. Decide what’s a large and stop ripping people off. This isn’t the first time it’s happend just the first time I can prove it.

Atmosphere was great as you stay in your car! There was a long line, but it moved quickly. The morning strudel and specialized coffee was great. The service could have been a SCOCHE better, thus the 4 stars, but it was because there was some confusion with our order and stuff. The young
lady just got thrown off a tad. She recovered though...lols!

I go here all the time the staff is friendly and they're fast, faster than Starbucks that's for sure. I always get the peanut butter crunch blender with an add shot, protein and a little bit of extra peanut butter totally delicious and worth every penny, and they are cheaper then Starbucks too.... and they have an app with great rewards
