Not sure why there's a bad review on Schwan's. We've had nothing but good things to say about them, especially now, when our car is broken down in the driveway, and we're staying at home. We've ordered regularly from them and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the reliability of delivery, and how the delivery guy is so nice and keeps a proper social distance and waves from the driveway, to make sure we notice the delivery.

I have nothing bad to say about them--there are a few things on their site that are a little pricey, but most things are affordable, and for getting delicious food delivered to your door during a pandemic, it's awesome, I'd say. The only thing I wish they would do is offer some grocery items we can't get like milk, eggs, bread, other dairy. That would help a lot if they'd add that to their menu online.

I'm not one to easily be offended however I'm not happy with the service that I have been provided by this company. I have we made one order with this company and everything went well however it has been a downward spiral since. We place an order on 8/2/2017 for the following Monday, 8/7/2017. The Schwans driver called Monday and said he wasn't due to come to our house until TWO weeks from that date which would have been 8/21/2017. When he told me this, I told him that would be fine if he wasn't able to make it. Today however, we got an email stating that our customer account had been closed for no apparent reason nor as requested by us. It seems that as a whole this company is lacking in communication and it's ability to provide the service that is has set out to provide.
