I love this place! This was an unexpected stop on our road trip since we ate at the restaurant upstairs. It is a bit smaller than your typical grocery store but carries a lot of items like your Whole Foods. I love especially that all their produce is organic. They have many items that cater to dietary/lifestyle needs such as gluten free. They have high quality brands, a gelato bar, and a deli counter. They even have organic meats and cheese! They also have a section for nice gifts or home decor. FYI their bathrooms are clean!

I've shopped at this store my whole life. Great inventory-- except the produce, which is embarrassing. What you guys accept as okay from your suppliers is shocking. Lately, we are encountering a HORRIBLE musk oil smell on our groceries. While this might not bother most, it activates migraines and asthma attacks in my household. Also, it smells disgusting and I don't want it all over my food. We've both talked to the manager who does nothing. He said there is a policy against scents but clearly this policy is not enforced. We aren't trying to villainize someone who is inadvertently creating harm but the issue also has not been addressed or resolved. Highly disappointing, coming from a health food store. You all should be operating more wisely in 2025.

I kept forgetting to share my wonderful experience
The day before Thanksgiving I needed a turkey as I was hosting Thanksgiving and I had not had a chance to shop because of working .after almost giving up on a thawed turkey that that didn't have extra solution added. going to Sewall for spices I was looking at the turkeys and a gentleman approach me with a generous offer of a free turkey I could hardly believe it since I have never had anything like this happen to me ever. the gentlemen proceeded to give me the turkey I thanked him and we introduced ourselves I found out his last was sawall he was the owner
I just want to thank him for his generosity during this time it was much needed and has restored much faith during this time

Staff really helpful when I have questions about what would help concerning probiotics for poor gut health, different kinds of vitamins, minerals and herbs for migraines, anxiety and muscle tension. I've been going there at least 6 years and it's always excellent service.

A unique, greatly appreciated & long-time family store. Unique re range of stock: Esp. vitamins, toiletries, organic produce & products, including bulk purchase. Also has a hot bar, cafe, & dinner restaurant. Ample parking & on the #4 bus line.

LOVELY selection of prepared foods- a whole section dedicated to already cooked items you can buy by the pound.

Large selection of bulk foods by the pound, and lots of organic and vegan choices.

Salad bar- a plus!

To top it all off, there’s a gelato bar, inside. There’s something for everybody here!

Made a quick stop in this place to buy a few different supplements. After checking the supplements prices I immediately left the store without buying them. Their prices are DOUBLE and some even triple of what you pay online. Won't be shopping here again, the prices are ridiculous.
