When I first saw the outside of the place, I was concerned that I wouldn't find what I needed. I almost didn't stop but I am Very glad that I did. Not only did I find exactly what I needed, I also found a place to bring my tractor for servicing. Tracy is very friendly and knowledgeable. And I was excited about the fair pricing. I will go here first for any of my equipment and tractor needs. This place doesn't look like much on the outside but "looks can be deceiving and are". Stop here for tractor parts and service!

I dropped off my leaf blower yesterday and the staff was polite and answered the questions I had.

I will update as to how the service of my leaf blower turns out and if it is timely service.

UPDATE…After calling and I waiting a month I went and picked up my leaf blower. The employees were polite and helpful. They changed the 2 fuel lines and said they couldn’t get it started. They said they order a carburetor but it was on back order so they couldn’t finish it. They didn’t charge for the 2 lines when I picked it up.

I told my son about it and he took it totally apart and cleaned the carburetor and put it back together and I’m proud to say I now have a working leaf blower.

What is up with the rude person who answers the phone? I get it the shop may be busy, but answering the phone & slamming it down to disconnect without even a hi or greeting or allowing the caller to state their name, or what they need, or anything is completely unprofessional.

Worst service company I’ve had to deal with in my life.
No good customer service.
Took my tractor out there for repairs and the job was not done correctly. After 2 weeks of picking tractor and without any use it would not start up again. Jumped tractor and took it back to them to fix again. Fixed for the second time and they billed me for the second time. I complained and they got mad but I took my equipment away but equipment has not worked correctly since I took it away.
