Lots of cool kitchen/restaurant equipment and tools. Open to the public. Japanese is also spoken here! You can find sake glassware, supplies for serving Japanese food, even equipment to make takoyaki. Cool place to visit in the San Carlos industrial district!

Place is huge with great selection of knives, dishware, glassware, gadgets - anything food prep related. Came intending to buy some Cambro containers for making bread in and left with bannetons, tea balls, an instant read thermometer, and a nice bread knife. Staff was very helpful and helped me find everything I was looking for.
