I love going here! My sane self does not! Lol. I went for 1 thing & $200+ later, I left! Lol. Great deals on food & vites I needed. My protein shakes are always a good deal! But I always love going here! Clean, people are nice & and it's not so busy that you can't get around like some other club store. Shop & enjoy!

when inside the store December 29 , around 10 am to purchase a chicken.chicken seem not cook all the way . this is bad imagine someone else bought chicken like this and their kids ate it ? they could get sick . I call the store and they ask me to come bring it back to get a refund I lived in the valley Santa Clarita is 15 miles away depending on traffic a 30 min drive the most.

My latest experience went very smoothly. I got everything I was looking for, including some things they never seem to carry at their competitors. At Sam's I love to use self-checkout. Here they have the most sensible self-checkout setup. Scanning is a breeze. I hope California doesn't screw up self-checkout here.

I was a bit miffed after my previous experience. So I put off coming to this location for several months. But, eventually there was something I needed from Sam's, so I decided to give this location another chance. The shopping trip was going really well. My mom was complaining that she has a difficult time finding a certain product at her Sam's. She saw a man stocking the refrigerated section. She told him that she could never find a certain product at her store. The man pointed to where the item could be found. She seemed to be confused by what he was saying. Without saying another word, he walked her directly to what she wanted. That level of customer service is something everyone should appreciate.

*EXPERIENCE 1* (Negative)

Incompetent. Forgot membership card. Had to get a temporary membership card. Members services printed out a temporary membership. Shopped for an hour, get to check out and cashier tells us the membership is invalid. They stupidly printed out a temporary card for a previous account. Literally incompetent.

I love going to Sam's club, not only because of the best deals, but also the variety of items that they have. I am also happy with how efficient they are with self service checkout, and express check out.

Every time I come to get a chicken for dinner they don’t have any!!! There is no way to find out if they do before I come all the way here to get 1! I have wasted so much time coming to get one only to see they don’t have any!!! Sams club doesn’t care!
Who cares about the little guy when you make billions of dollars!!!

I recently had to return a coffee maker purchased about seven months ago due to it no longer functioning. When I approached customer service, the representative—who had no name tag—told me the return policy was only three months. However, according to the Sam’s Club return policy displayed in-store, the three-month limit applies to electronics and appliances. It was unclear whether a coffee maker falls under this category.

When I questioned the inconsistency, she called the manager, who reluctantly approved the return but warned me that it wouldn’t be accepted in the future. This kind of double standard and unclear policy enforcement creates a frustrating shopping experience. Hopefully, management will address this loophole and ensure more consistency in their policies. Until then, I can only give this location one star.

One of the worst Sam's club Scan and Go experiences I have had to date. I ordered a pizza at 11:45 am. They seemed backed up and after waiting 20 mins, I asked the lady if she had served my number yet. She hurriedly said no, not yet and went back to making pizzas. She didn't even check the warmer!!! After almost an hour I started asking people what time they ordered. Once someone who clearly ordered 15 mins anddddddd 30 mins after I did, I'd had enough waiting and asked another lady, "Why I hadn't gotten my order yet." She checked my number and then went to the warmer. To my shock, my pizza was sitting in the warmer the whole time..... Really! Had the employee even bothered to check the warmer the first time, my experience would've been different. I get you have a lot of orders from Scan and Go but that is not okay in any shape or form. No one likes their time being wasted because they couldn't perform protocol. Get it together Sam's!

I like coming here because it’s better then Costco sense there is the scan and go but being profile is really annoying and frustrating only went in for water today and did scan and go and figured out through employee that I was being profiled as supposedly stealing when I paid. Sam’s get your employees straight and I feel like I deserve refunds if your so busy profiling me every time I use scan and go cuz it’s annoying that I have to wait in the long lines to pay for my items when I can use scan and go without waiting in the long lines and not being profiled. I wish I can give a 0 star because that how I feel about this profiling
