We had an amazing experience at Sago Rey. They have a huge variety of trees besides palms and all the workers were very helpful. The owner walked us through different varieties of the tree we wanted and explained the care for each one. Also more affordable than many of the “fancier” nurseries in town. Will be coming back!

We drive in and some dude/ kid walks up and stands next to my car and says nothing. I ask if they had fruit trees and he’s says yes then started walking away. So we followed him and met up with a woman. She said oh yes many nectarines on the end. So we continue walking and until this dude just stops and stares off into the distance. I asked him if these were them and he said I think so. I asked if there was anything help me with questions and he said I don’t know maybe. Another guy walks up and they both start pulling fruit from the trees and eating them while wandering around looking for nectarines. We found one and I asked which type it was and he walked off on the phone talking about more Peaches. So we just walked away passed 3 workers and not one said a word. Horrible customer service and makes you feel uncomfortable

They had a very large inventory of various types of Palms to choose from. I chose a Large Mediterranean Fan Palm that was in the ground. They delivered and planted it Exactly as requested. Very professional and accommodating.

Best place ever to get plants! I bought sagos 9 yrs ago from them now in 2023 I bought beautiful Aguaves, beaked yuccas from them. They have the largest selection available in the fresno area- definitely worth visiting! They have bird of paradise, olive trees, succulents, Mexican Grass, blue flames, ... and the Best prices

Highly recommend stopping by Sago Reys! Maria and Martin helped us pick out 9 queen palms, 1 pindo palm, 1 pony palm, 6 red yuccas and 2 birds of paradise! They even picked out the trees/plants as if they were picking them out for themselves! The best of the bunch! We stopped by initially with no idea how we wanted to decorate our blank boring backyard! Maria and Martin answered our 500 questions about: how large the plants grow, how wide, how often do they need to be watered, where do you prune the leaves, etc. Very knowledgeable!

My mom and I have personal plant collections and we visited the Sago Rey nursery recently. The knowledge of the staff is amazing! We found several varieties of palms that we are going to cherish and grow in our yards. They are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend them to friends and family. Totally worth a visit!

This is a great place with helpful staff. Maria helped us and she had such great information. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and with her knowledge and recommendations I was able to select the right plants for me. She shared knowledge on watering and sun location. They had great plants for reasonable prices. Skip Home Depot and head to Sago Rey's.
