AKA DUI Counterattack

Operations: this operation is by the rules; their own rules. Be sure to read everything that he provided to you and miss nothing. Call center help hours are early. They do not answer the phones after 2pm.

Evaluations: please be sure to go into these sessions knowing that evaluator is there to provide the system with your answers. The system will then provide a result: required treatment or recommended treatment. Know that if you answer the questions wholeheartedly you WILL be required to attend additional treatment; that comes with a cost.

DUI class: excellent instructor; Mr Ivey. He makes the class interesting and worth hear the information.

Overall: if you’re here know that you will take with you new knowledge. What you do with it is up to you.

The old man with the back brace is a nasty rude individual who will judge you right off from your paperwork. During my evaluation he would say snark remarks about how I should be seen for “my drinking problem” . And because I stood up for myself he made my situation worse. If you get him he will automatically send you to further counciling . He was horrible person with no regard to what people are going through, I hope you fire him.

Zero notification that class was not being held….. sure, there’s a storm/hurricane, but you did not notify me in anyway shape or form via email phone call or text.
