Longtime loyal customer here I started seeing Elina in Kalamazoo around 2003 and was so excited when Cindy opened up her shop closer to home. Not only does she provide skincare, being in her presence is almost like getting therapy on the side because she is so kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Can't wait to be back!

I can't say enough good things about Sabo Skin Care and Massage. I've been seeing Mary for so long that I don't remember how many years. Cindy and Mary always make me feel special when I'm there. And Mary does the best massages ever! Can't wait for the next one!

I completely agree with another reviewer who said this spa is a hidden gem. Cindy is SO welcoming, warm, and helpful. I felt really intimidated and nervous, and she put me at ease immediately. She was also very knowledgeable about skincare and enthusiastic about treating me. Seriously had a lovely experience going in for treatment, and look forward to going back!

I have been going to Sabo Skin Care and Massage for five years (I live in in the East Coast and most of the time overseas). Every time I visited the spa, I left with a big smile and feeling much better. Both Mary and Cindy are extremely talented therapists. Their pressure was perfect and they always made sure I was comfortable. The customer service either on the phone, through emails or in person are EXCEPTIONAL and WELCOMING. Bottom line, this spa is a hidden gem in SL, MI and the staff are professional and passionate with their jobs.

We have been to Sabo Massage and LOVE IT!!!! She is very very educated on the body and the different pin points. I have tried different places but love her. Cindy is very in tune with an area that needs attention and will work out the tension. I have given two friends a gift cert. to her and they loved it also.

I have gotten the most amazing facials from Jessica at this spa. And, also, waited two months for a facial with Sara. And when I arrived, I noticed that she had a seriously bad cough. So, when we were in this teeny facial room, for two hours, which is a very small and intimate space, she coughed nonstop throughout the facial. I was SO stressed out and uncomfortable that I was going to get Covid, RSV, Influenza, pneumonia, , I was a wreck when I left, and didn’t sleep, because I was so upset. I asked her if she had taken a Covid test, and she said no, and that none of her clients had called to cite any illnesses.

That’s not the point. When you own a company, where you are “LITERALLY I’m someone’s face” you make sure your clients are safe.

Very disappointed in her not understanding the dangers of her coughing for two hours…IN. MY. FACE. With NO mask on? Not okay.

I treated myself to a 90 minute facial and 90 minute massage with Erica and what a treat it was!! Started with the facial and Erica was great about explaining all the different steps and making sure I was comfortable. The massage was wonderful as well, with Erica making sure the pressure was comfortable for me. She found my tension spots and there were a lot of them! I don't normally buy facial products but my complexion felt so good after the facial I treated myself to some cleansing and moisturizing products.
