Whenever I come down to Smith Lake, I stop at S & S to pick up some filets. Medium rare and the most tender steak I have had. Grab some deviled eggs by the deli and I’m all set! I just need to walk past their bakery, which is delicious as well.

Used to have quality butcher and meats, prices are WAY higher than other grocery stores. Quality of meat is really low. Frozen products I have purchased were freezer burned. (Which I returned).

This store has went from a five-star rating for me to a 2-star their management is awful I bought three packs a Gorton's fish that has been recalled and when I called back up to tell her I did find bones in mine and did not want them needed my money back a manager refused to give it back to me she said she could not find any recall on Gorton's fish and that if she didn't know about it it wasn't happening but it was posted all over the internet now my husband goes up there and buys a pound of Kentucky Legend ham it is on the verge of going bad it's already turning gray it has lost its flavor this is really disappointing because I usually buy my meat from here And only here,but until they get a better manager that cares about their customers I won't be shopping here!
