yummy yummy!! I called Matt right before the 4th of July & he took care of all my requests for me, I had family coming to town & wanted us to all experience this place together! he was so sweet & personable, I felt like we'd been friends forever! EVERYTHING was delicious! I enjoyed the stuffed mushroom by myself for a little selfish indulgent dinner (b4 folks arrived the nxt day)! giggles and on the 4th oh my lawd tons of food & our Roll Cajun items were a huge hit everything was fresh & delicious (even though it was frozen it wasn't old frozen - if you know what I mean) like extremely fresh flavorful & delicious! Will definitely return can't wait to get my yardbirds!! Thank you Matt may you & your family continue to be blessed! ?

As a born and raised New Orleanian with an added bonus of being half Cajun, I can rarely find food that tastes like my Cajun grandma made it. We had the boudin stuffed chicken, and it was extremely juicy, very good size, and the boudin satisfied my craving for home cooking!!! I highly recommend for amazing Cajun food!

Best Cajun we’ve ever had. We thought we’d been eating real Cajun food until we tried the jambalaya and étouffée here last week ago and it was on a completely different level. So much flavor and so fresh! The guys running it are so friendly and fun, too. Will definitely be stopping by every time they’re in the area.

My wife and I have been buying from Matt for the past several weeks. Everything that we have purchased has been well above our expectations! Every dish is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. We both highly recommend supporting this lovely family with their passion. Everything is so good that I can't just recommend one item. We recently purchased the stuffed yard bird and it's loaded with all of the good stuff and well worth the price! We've been the hit of a pool party and the talk of a soccer party all with Roll Cajun Boudin products over the past few weeks too. Be the talk and call This guy!
