I went to buy a tractor. The guy behind the desk couldn't help but called someone. After a little while I walked out and looked at tractor on the side. I came back in and still no one to help with purchasing. I waited longer, then I finally told the guy behind the desk not to worry about it. He was apologetic, that's the only reason this place received two stars. I drove 2 hours because I was told this was the best place. If it is then I see no tractor in my future. I guess I'll try another city, but they won't ever have to worry about another bad review from me.

I have a 3 month old 75-3 that is used in my business at Trax-n-tractor.com. A little piece came off of the window/door lock that disabled entry into the cab. They were at my business within 2 hours to do the repairs so that I could service my customers. Much thanks to Lisa and gang

I had major problems with a backhoe that the previous management did nothing to help correct the problem I had made several attempts to find a district representative from 2022 till 2024 I made a call to another company and explained the problem to him he told me he would make a couple of calls and he did I received a call from a lady afew days later and told she was the new manager of river valley tractor and asked what the problem that I was having after explaining everything she said she would back with me and also told me there was a new service manager also in place 2dahys later I got a call and said they had looked through my service records and wanted to make everything right and they did at no charge they corrected all the problems and did a great service to me Lisa is the new general manager in russellville and the new service managers name is Rachel and she kept me updated of what they had found and were repairing the new management is alot better than the previous ones were the entire staff much better than their predissers the new management stepped up and righted so many wrongs that I had encountered I can't say enough good words about Lisa and Rachel I'm sure they'll do well to new equipment purchasers

Great, Kind People. But not the best experience.
Was having issues with the mower. They offer free pick up and delivery. I don’t have a trailer so that was great!
Again, it’s free. Figured hey, if it takes time it takes time. Didn’t think it would get to be like this though. It’s May, and grass is growing fast here.
They picked it up, took care of things over a few weeks then brought it back working! Woot woot! It wouldn’t start. Now it does, yay! All in all, about 3 weeks. Pick up, diagnostic, repair, delivery.
Within a day of having it back, started having issues. Called them, no problemo, they came back and got it.
When they came back, pick ip guy backed into my front porch support. Oops, no big deal. It’s standing just tilted and some torn fascia. It’s been taken care of.
Its important to note, I have a steep…I mean steep driveway. It’s difficult and was a complete accident, but still sucked. Again, the are taking care of it.
So the new pick up occurred May 7th.
Got a call may 14th what was newly wrong and what needed fixing. Thankfully just a coil pack issue, wasn’t something found initially, as it wasn’t running at all before. The price to fix versus me doing it, just didn’t make sense as I can do a coil pack replacement. Requested they bring it back.
1st time - told the 20th.
20th comes and goes.
Next I’m told the 24th
24th comes - I call after 3pm figuring another delay.
I am told won’t happen until the 28th.
28th and 29th come and go
I call today. The 30th
I am told it didn’t get it on the 28th or 29th cause it’s still taken apart. Been sitting that way since the 14th I guess.
I’m told I will have it in 30 minutes.
Then I’m called back and told it will be 1.5 hours.
It’s now 10pm…don’t think I’m getting it.
Don’t get me wrong, probably going to use them in the future still! Great work mechanically. Just don’t appreciate the poor communication and lack of follow through.

I had a great experience with this company. Excellent value on a used piece of equipment and very helpful staff. Have to mention Alex who arranged the sale with me. His communication was great and he was always helpful, even arranged to get me some components that I overlooked on the sale. And especially Mike from Parts, who went above and beyond to deliver the components to me while he was making a visit in my area. Would absolutely buy from these guys again.

Good people. Very friendly and helpful. I don't know too much about tractors but they helped me with buying my lawnmower. Im happy with the purchase. Ive also just had the first oil change the other day and it is a little pricey, but for the money I spent, I feel it's better to spend it to keep it in the best working order I can. So once a year I'll handle it.

Took mower in for warranty repair. Took two weeks just to have mechanic say nothing was wrong. Right wheel motor has a loud noise while mowing. Service in service department not that good.
