Very friendly and helpful. Had some tire issues on my fifth wheel during a camping trip. Needed 4 new trailer tires. He had 2 in stock and was able to order the other 2 and get them before I needed to leave camp. Made it quick and easy. And the tires were a very reasonable price. Next time I need tires on the trailer I will plan on getting them from there. I will recommend this shop for anyone who needs something done when in the area.

I recently had the misfortune of my trailblazer breaking down over a weekend due to transmission lines issue, leaving us completely stranded. Yet, out of this unfortunate situation, a beacon of service excellence emerged - Ritchie Heavy Truck & Auto Repair.

Once my truck was towed to Ritchie's, a gentleman by the name of Tristin promptly contacted me. Despite only having spoken to him over the phone, his professionalism and understanding were palpable. He was empathetic to my budget constraints, and instead of pushing for a full-scale, costly repair, he wisely suggested targeted fixes that would get me back on the road without breaking the bank.

The team at Ritchie's carried out the repairs, which included the installation of new transmission lines. After the work was completed, they thoroughly tested the transmission to ensure all was in order. I'm delighted to say that my trailblazer is running smoothly again, all thanks to their diligent efforts.

The whole reason I went to a new shop because his guys refused to tell me about a bad wheel bearing that's been bad and never said a word a different mechanic told us it was bad.
