I’ve been a loyal fan of Rio Açaí Bowls for years because the quality has always been great—but today’s experience left me really disappointed. My order was messed up, and rather than correcting it properly, I was handed the missing peanut butter to add myself and noticed that the whey protein was barely sprinkled on. If I wanted to make my own bowl, I could have stayed home.

I’ve always appreciated this place, but today’s visit felt like customer care was no longer a priority. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other açaí bowl spots in Fresno, and I’d rather support one that takes pride in getting the order right—and making it right when they made a mistake.

First time coming here, was suggested by another. And can I just say they did NOT disappoint! It was so good! Plan to make a trip back to try the other things on the menu. Got a bowl for my 6 year old who also loved it.

My girlfriend and I love this place!!! It may be a bit high in price so, definitely sign up for the rewards and get a free Rio bowl on occasion. No matter what this place and their employees do exceptional. It is always fresh, and they take the time to make it look appealing. Friendly staff and cleanliness is always on point inside the place.

I love the rio acai bowl, but my husband was not impressed with his Hawaiian poke bowl. The rice being hot was a surprise to him & he semi expected pineapple in the bowl, but it didn't have that in the description. The to go portions are much bigger than the sit in portions so keep that in mind

I love the service, they are kind and the music is amazing 👏 christian music.

Sadly a very poor impression. For our first time having an acai bowl, the food was ok, very overhyped. However the environment is very awkward. They blast music making it difficult to enjoy dine in. Staff was very unhelpful, got our order wrong and lack communication skills. I recommend trying somewhere else.

Always fresh and satisfying. Customer service is top notch. They have a rewards program or a "V.I.P club" available that allows you access to different discounts and promotions. Personally i love the spicy poke bowl.

It's a must visit in Fresno if you like acai... I've tried several acqis at other places this one gots a really nice consistency. They also serve ice coffee's and poke bowls. They remodeled and it looks wonderful too

Loved the environment here! Super friendly staff (counter and kitchen). Menu was easy to go through and no fuss. We ordered the The Hawaiian which is the non-spicy choice. Ahi Tuna was very good and carried the whole meal. I loved that it wasn't overpowered by any sauce. I did wish they diced up the onions more, bc there were a whole lot of onions, but that's personal preference. Had a little spicy mayo on the side. Overall, great experience!
