Hunter Leisner was AMAZING!!! She knew her stuff about EVERYTHING we asked and even what we didn’t!! Very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, patient with Scott and I. We had so many questions!!! We Love our tractor, and zero turn mower!! We will be back for sure!!! Scott and Margo.

Not too happy right now. Took my tractor there with three requests: repair my air conditioner, fix my brakes and replace my engine air filter. My air conditioner was fixed but nothing else. The bill was $1813 of which $272 was for the brakes. Noticed the brakes not working when Ioaded it. So had to unload and drive back into their shop and wait for the brakes to be repaired. The technician stated that the brake linkage was never lubed or adjusted. He had to remove the linkage, put it in a vice, spray penetrating oil onto it and really work it hard to break the jam nut free. After a he had it back together and adjusted. Didn't realize the engine air filter was not replaced until I got the tractor home and inspected it. The service writer was not much help.

Do not buy anything from Marty the swindler. He was going to charge us $300.00 to fill 2 small tires with rim guard , when actual cost was $106.00.
So we cancelled our order for the tractor. It has been 3 weeks and they still haven't returned our $200.00 deposit

Purchased a replacement part for my 1032 John Deere snow blower in July of 2019 thinking I was ahead of the upcoming winter. The part I purchased failed after only a handful of uses. Took the part back thinking I was going to get a new one under warranty. Was told the part was only warranted for 6 months and was no longer under warranty even though I only used a handful of times. I suggest not purchasing parts early as if failure occurs you will only have a 6 month period to return. Very disappointed with R&S.

Parts was ok but service was nothing but insulting. There service is just one more reason I will never buy a john deere. Maybe there service needs to get trained better
