I purchased a 1/4 of a cow through a family friend processed here. I called to place the order and was my first time using this place. Felt rushed and was not walked through or told options. I asked for 1 1/4 inch steaks they told me the max thickness they could do was 1 inch. So, I chose that. All steaks fell short of 1 inch even and were cut very unevenly. They gave me a filet mignon that was no bigger than my index finger. Packaging was nice and was cheaper than expected. I will not be having them process anything i purchase or personally need done. If you’re looking for price over quality this is your place.

We love the beef and pork we order from Richardson!!
This will be 6 years of awesome meats. NO store bought meat for our family, only the best from Stars/Richardson!!
