Showed up at 0600 with a 0900 appointment. I was told receiving doesn’t show up til 0700. Checked in right at 7 and was instantly put in a door and locked in. Delivered plastic trays, there’s quite a few trucks delivering potatoes that said they’ve been here 18+ hours

Don't waste your time delivery or picking up here. Total cluster fvck no one knows anything they park their yard trucks in the way with limited room at delivery dock. takes for ever to unload. Will refuse any load from my dispatch coming here.

This place is not bad but kind of slow.
I had been here before a couple of times and new about this feature.

Today morning I called to its shipping to find wheather I might come earlier. I was told to come at my appointment time at noon because they had not started yet. So, I arrived on time at 12:00 pm and got a door immediately. Then it appears that they forgot about me. Some activity started only at 5:15 pm after more then 5 hours beyond the appointment time 😜.

To be fare I havd to admit that there is a nice and clean kitchen / dispenser machine / change room / rest room area on 2nd floor. Moreover, its yard size and manoeuvrability are OK.

To sum up, be prepare for a long waiting time here if you are going to be load here.

Appointment time 11:00 am didn’t get my paperwork until 2:21 pm they were more interested in talking uninterrupted with themselves then getting me out of their facility

Had a great experience with this receiver hauled a load of bulk potatoes out of Cogswell ND arrived 6:25AM my appointment wasn’t until 8:00PM. They got me unloaded within a hour and half trailer wasn’t too dirty I just cleaned up with a broom offsite.

DRIVERS: DO NOT PICK UP LOADS HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY WASTING YOUR TIME AND FUEL. BEEN HERE TEN FREAKING HOURS. YES... 10 HOURS... STILL NOT LOADED. NEVER AGAIN.

I arrived just before my appointment at 8am. I was given a dock right away and immediately they started to unload me. I was hauling bulk potatoes in large tote bags. When I was empty, they ran the bills out to me. Total time here: 1 hour! Thank you for the quick unload! I will return!
