Good place to pick up a load. Pull up to guard shack off of Red Arrow Hwy. Give guard your pick-up number, and he will instruct you to slide tandems all the way back before he will let you in. Drive in, and you will see empty trailers on your right and dock doors on your left. After passing empty trailers, on the right will see a staging area, and there will be other trucks parked. Park there and walk your paperwork to cold shipping. There will be a big blue sign, it's n3xt to door 42. The guard should have given you a paper to fill out. Fill that out and take it into the shipping office. They will give you a door or have you sit in your truck and wait for a call. They have a lot of doors but are normally full with dropped trailers / preloads, so more than likely, you will be waiting for a door. There is overnight parking in the front by the gate , but for 4 or 5 trucks. If you get in and get loaded and run out of time, I see other drivers take there 10 hour break in the staging area. I'm not sure if that's allowed, but I have never seen anyone kicked out. There is plenty of space to back in doors, and friendly staff. The only reason for 4 stars is they never have open doors to load you. You will be waiting. Also, it takes a long time to get a door and get loaded. Not bad place, but it's slow.

Arrived 1 hour early for my 0700 appointment. Traffic office lady was polite and even assisted me with removing bolt seal. Unloaded and departed by 0830. Plenty of room to maneuver and park.

1100am appointment arrived 10:30 had wrong pkup # turned around parked called in in 15min had the correct number. In gate 11am on time got to rear shipping desk and was told your a half hour late go wait we'll call you... it's 5:25pm now
How much YouTube can you watch before wanting to pull people through windows 🤣 kidding this place sucks rotten bananas 🍌
My own company trucks getting docks and they arrived hours after me..
Ya I'm refusing to come back here and I've only got 2 hour left in my clock ⏰️ 🙃

This place needs a better rating. From the guard shack to shipping. Good attitude and positive vibes. I had a sat 1400 apt, arrived on Friday 1000 pm for my pickup, checked in and was shown a staging area. 0400 am, I was called with a door n within an hour, I was loaded. Like a cammeleon, I rolled back to the staging area & did my 10 hrs break without a knock. And by the way outside the gate they have another lot for about 7 trucks. To the MANAGEMENT, Thanks a lot. Drivers work under very hard conditions and are always very lonely. We ( appreciate) any compassion, may it be early loading, staging area etc etc. To the DRIVERS , LET US LEAVE A PLACE BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT. God bless & be safe out there.

Very quick on loading and very nice facility as far knowing when you get loaded and I believe others should use this system. You get a pager to let you know when you are done being loaded. That is awesome and there is limited overnight parking at entrance before guard shack (6 trucks). Restrooms and snack machine inside by shipping office. Slide tandems to rear before getting on property 🇭🇳👍😎👍🇭🇳

Overnight parking you can come and check in early.. my appointment 6am 3/1/25 I arrived 2/28/25 1700.. shipping office informed me they try to work me in there's 4 trucks ahead of u.. They got snack machines, portal potties and there's a restroom inside the shipping office..There's a sports bar across the street if u want a hot meal.. Park in the turning lane in front of the sport bar walk inside order some food before u come to the guard shack

Great place to pickup a load from. Trailer needs to be clean and able to slide the tandems. Checked in two hours before appt. time. In and out in less than 3 hours!. Everyone was very polite and professional. Easy to find place and enough room to maneuver around. Make sure you bring paperwork and seal to the guard on the way out. Do not seal your own trailer, the guard will do that. There is overnight parking for about six trucks just before the guard shack.
