FedEx dropped the ball and it took them 8 days to deliver an overnight package containing live copepods. Reed Mariculture did a great shop in shipping out a replacement package without any hassle or issues. I would definitely order from them again.

Overpriced shipping, poor customer service, and their ccs doesn’t out perform other methods of culture as claimed. All it does is increase maintenance, cost more money, and leaves your culture vulnerable to contaminates as the lid doesn’t seal at all. Their recommended feed amount is exaggerated and it also lasts longer than they claim. Chad is ego driven and will lie over the phone to try and save company face!!! This is my true experience nothing more!
