We have been working with this company for over a year and while we are customers, it is really a relationship model that Red Tree employs. They treat your home as if it is their own. They did a fantastic job in landscaping our entire property. We continuously get complimented on their work. What's best about this company is their responsiveness. Whether it's a party we are getting ready for or we just want something done, the Red Tree team never fails. Best of all was tonight when we had a massive thunderstorm and our drains were taking on too much water. Jose from Red Tree was here quickly to rectify the issue. As my husband said last year, this is a white glove service company. They are true professionals that go above and beyond, and this is coupled with their design work, is what separates them from the competition. We signed a maintenance agreement with them after the landscape design and we are so glad that we did. Jeff (the owner), Joe, Jose, James and the whole Red Tree crew are just great to work with.

I have used Red Tree at two houses for about six years. Their hardscape and landscape design is excellent. i have very much enjoyed and appreciated how Jeff is willing to partner on the creative to make sure you will be satisfied in the end. This is the company if you truly love gardens. It is not a "mow, blow and go" shop and the prices reflect that. It is a company that I can text their people and say that I forgot about watering my pots and I'm out of town. Their guys have stopped off a number of times before they go home from a long day to ensure that my yard always looks good.

This is a "white glove" company. The owner (Jeff) is a master at design and you are really contracting with someone who is an expert in landscape design - in other words this is not a cookie cutter approach. We have an older house that was, ironically owned by a landscaper and was in dire need of a complete overhaul of the landscaping. Jeff patiently spent the time with us showing us his ideas and was very attentive to our concerns / ideas. This job including moving trees, replacing irrigation, replacing sod, creating flower beds, planting shrubs, redesigning a terrible entrance to our back yard pool, and landscape lighting. It was a BIG project. The final job was truly a work of art. We moved to Charlotte from up north and the difference in quality from what we were used to back home was staggering. Jeff has an eye for design and his approach is very creative where he lays out a master plan ("Footprint") in explicit detail and then you can modify from there. It is a custom design that then embeds high quality materials and workmanship. If you are looking for a template design this is not for you - if you are looking for high quality work that will leave you saying "WOW" then this is worthy of your consideration. As far as the price goes, it is not inexpensive but when considering what you get when it is done you have to take into consideration this is a company that has a reputation for custom high quality design --- it is not a "big box" approach and they will make you proud of their work when completed. As far as the maintenance contract, again, you get what you pay for. If you want something that just does the basic then best go elsewhere but if you do that it makes no sense to use Red Tree for design. The analogy I will use on this is if you buy a Cadillac then why would you take it to just a regular mechanic for service? These guys are great and well worth the INVESTMENT --- they will make your house look beautiful and increase your curb appeal ten fold. The outside of our house is no longer an embarrassment to us (now it looks as good as any on our block!) because Jeff and team did such an awesome job.

Red Tree has continuously gone above and beyond to provide 5 star service. Our front and back yards are beautiful, healthy, unique and peaceful. Jeff Rounds is intimidatingly educated in all things landscaping and design. He and his co-workers strive to create and maintain an ideal, personalized outdoor space for you and your family. Save time and money and call the best first.

I would never in a million years refer Red Tree Landscaping. They never finished a job that was discussed, I had to call and text many times for a response on when they would be showing up, they never sent a proposal for me to review prior, they simply verbally quoted me a price that wasn't half of what they intended on charging after the fact. After many attempts to call the owner to talk about the situation no call back was ever made. This is a poor excuse of a company and it is just a matter of time before they run themselves into the ground. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Our services included architectural design, HOA approval submission, landscape, hardscape, lighting, replacement irrigation system, Zoysia grass, custom planters of various sizes, and even consultation/recommendations for the front porch furniture and colors. This company did work for a neighbor. Without asking, they used my gravel driveway to haul in materials, park their trucks, store a port-a-john, and turn their vehicles around. This went on for over two months. I was patient with the company thinking that they would re-gravel and smooth it out. They have rutted out multiple spots and left the driveway in bad shape. I called the company twice, and was told that they would fix it. They have yet to do so. I can't believe a company would be this bold, ungrateful, and entitled. Wow!

As a sole proprietor of a local pet care service, I’ve seen around 50+ homes with landscaping sculpted by Redtree. Absolutely immaculate and stands out so much that it is immediately obvious if the client contracted Redtree Landscaping! More pricey then most others, however, worth every penny and you get what you pay for and more.
