Made reservations for my husband’s birthday, was seated right away at a reserved table. Greeted by our wait staff. She was excellent. Ordered the Brocetta (broiled feta) topping was tasty but the bread which wasn’t as crispy - as it needed to be the lettuce 🥬 as garnish was limp as what it would be if you stepped on it and then plated it:( ordered a few burgers - ordered medium but done well 🙁 was supposed to have a mushroom sauce with the mushrooms and Swiss but didn’t show up so was pretty dry and overcooked. The fries were great !!! And some cool history with the building - obviously it was a very off day for the cooks … which is too bad. Not sure if we will attempt again.

Love this place! The old dining room is very cool and it’s worth the trip just to see the bar and the restored mural above it. The food and drinks are very good. The French onion soup is some of the best I’ve had. Best lunch spot in the keweenaw.

We had so much fun at the Red Jacket. We felt so welcome the entire time we were there. The staff was as polite as could be.
Ema was our server and she was the best. Possibly the absolute best bruschetta that I have ever eaten. The chicken sandwich was tender and delicious. I tasted all of their brews and was impressed. I went with the pale ale and it was great. The prices were reasonable. I just wish they had more shirts to chose from. =D

Food was good, solid 4. Service was excellent and fun. Sadly, the beer fest last week is up almost all their own beer, but I liked the remaining one, so that was all good for me.

They made their bruchetta plant based for me and it was delicious! Super crunchy with seasoned fresh tomatoes on top, yum!! Can't wait to go back! #plantbaseoption

I forgot to take a pic of our food, but it was delicious. We got potato skins and a "cup" (pretty large for a cup) of French Onion soup. The beers were great too. Vibe was chill. The decor and history are great. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

Food and service were good. Their Cowboy IPA, not so good. Probably one of the worst IPA’s we’ve ever had. Person near us ordered one and after a sip called her server over to ask if they gave her the correct beer.

Great character and ambiance with the old wood work and tile floor. Lots of cool vintage items decorating the walls. The food was tasty. We ordered potato skins, the drunken pig sandwich and the peppadew panini. Lots of good flavors going on in the peppadew panini in particular.
