Please back in from the street! It will save you the hassle. Come as close to your appointment as possible. That’s what I did and it was very easy. I can’t say it would be easy if you are parking in between trucks. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

Back in from the street. This place is not for 53 ft trucks. It is so tight tight that if you want to leave you have to wait for the truck on your left to leave the dock. Also employees park their cars by the docks and do not care.

This place is a joke. You have to back in off the street then there employees will cry cause your in there way. They will rudely tell you to move out of there employees way. If you can’t blindside in a very close area back in.

If you can't park blind sided or in tight spots don't bother coming here. Steering wheel holders beware! Experienced truckers only. Tight and pointless. They could allow the trucks to enter through the second entrance but no common sense. No room to maneuver. But hey at least you'll learn how to park after this. They get a star for quick loading at least

FCFS, no appointments. Cannot drive around from the west side and they have stuff in the yellow zones that are needed to blind-side back in the door. If you're quick you can drive into the "no truck" zone across the street and back in straight.
Bathroom out of order with no other option like a portapoty.
Arrived at 0730 with 4 trucks ahead of me. They took about 2-3 hours per truck with one dock. Then decided to use another dock. When I was next they bumped another truck in front of me... So F'n rude to do since I got there 4 hours before them. Finally got into door at 1400 and paperwork in hand at 1650.
Definitely not hauling for this company ever again. Whole day lost and broker won't pay detention.

Took 8 hours to unload. Told me to go wait at the truck stop. Never called. After waiting 4 hours went back to see what was taking so long. Put me on a door immediately. Still took 4 more hours to unload me.

I have to mention that you better park in the middle of the street and check in with the office first about your pu or delivery.
Why ? Cause you'll have to back up from the street to be able to dock it. But most likely you gonna have to drive to truckstop first and wait there.
How long? In my case, since 2pm to 11am next day. They use your ref trailer as cold storage for FREE. Broker didn't pay me anything for that.

No room to maneuver around dock, can try to blind side back if not I suggest you back on from street for proper set up.
