Tom Short did a Fantastic Job at finding me the Mini Excavator that I needed to match my business. He went out of his way to find the BEST DEAL, financed me through John Deere at almost zero % interest, sold me attachments that I needed. This Man went above and beyond my expectations, knew his stuff when it came to what I was looking for. Thank you for finding my Hitachi Mini Excavator with 171hrs in MINT condition. I will be buying from Tom and RDO in the future, he has my business for life.

Tried calling in several times trying to reach service and each time a lady by the name of Jackie (super polite and considerate) answered the office and transferred me to service where it rang til it told me the office was closed. Next time I tried I was apologized to for any inconvenience and transferred to a direct line of service where I was put to voice mail. Not sure if I’ll be dealing with the Chandler RDO any time in the near future since I can’t get my equipment scheduled for service… only reason you got 3 stars RDO is because of Jackie.

This building is being remodel is was a mail pickup but is empty 1825 s 43rd ave so make sure before you get here whom ever you are pickup is here

Great company and great people. Especially if you consider what we had to deal with before John Deere bought out our Equipment Manufacturer that dealer was not customer oriented. Since John Deere bought out them out you guys have out performed the old deal of said equipment in the first week we dealt with you guys the staff is excellent it's always a pleasure to go to RDO the are very accommodating and have a smile and are happy to help couldn't ask for more. You Guys deserve 10 STARS

RDO in Chandler Arizona is an outstanding facility and the people that run the place or even better you can buy a John Deere from a lot of different places but when we’re looking for a John Deere or a drone this place is on top of it

Facility is top notch, with the acquisition of The Wrtgen equipment group John Deere has surpassed CAT. Their grading & paving equipment is 2nd to none. But the service dept is spread thin & the salesman need more of an understanding of what they are selling.

John Deere dealer on east side of the valley .Well located.It still got issues on parts..that's normal RDO,since they are dealer for several manufactures.They carry John Deere Yellow(contruction).
