We were in need of a tractor with a cab to replace an open station machine. We found a low-hour 3520 John Deere at this dealership. After getting it to our farm and running it for less than 3 hours, it refused to start. We took it to a local John Deere dealer, and they discovered that an air intake had a hole in it. This resulted in the ruination of the engine despite having only 300 hours. When I contacted Ravenscraft, the owner's reaction to the issues was the PERFECT response. He promised to pay for the repairs IN FULL!

This is a company that stands behind the products they sell, even when they're from another manufacturer. It you're looking for an honest, ethical company from which to buy farm machinery, you can buy from Ravenscraft with complete confidence that they will stand behind the equipment that they sell. If I could, I'd give this business 6 stars.

My experience with Dan & Ravenscraft Implement has been nothing short of excellent. The very first Saturday that I showed up, Dan sat down with me & spent a couple hours answering all my questions comparing tractor models - well after regular business hours. He encouraged me to test out the different tractor models & didn't push the sale whatsoever. By the time I left his office that day I already knew I was going to buy a tractor from Dan at Ravenscraft. We ended up landing on a used 2018 Kubota tractor with low hours. I had a long list of everything I wanted completed on the tractor before delivery (I'm pretty meticulous/picky). Not only did Dan take care of everything on my list, but he had the integrity to fix a leaking cylinder on a USED tractor before he sold it to me. Dan and his team are top notch, quality people. I couldn't recommend them more.

I called 5 different kubota dealers to find out a length of a lower lift arm (I had the part number) they all told me to kick rocks pretty much. I called RAVENSCRAFT and their parts guy (I forgot his name sorry...) he went out of his way to pull the part and take some measurements down for me, which verified I had the wrong setup on my tractor... I should have called this place first very helpful!

Some of the best customer service I've had in the past couple years!

Dan the Kubota man did a great job!
I was worried at first. He told me he had a tractor that I wanted and I gave him the run down of options and he called me and said I was approved but he didn’t have a couple of the things I wanted. He came through and was able to get everything I asked for. I didn’t go in and have a face to face conversation to begin with. That was my downfall.
Overall great experience and would recommend that you give Dan a call and a chance. They did a great job with the operational demo as well and was eager to answer any questions I had.

No one enjoys spending money on repairs and maintenance but it still has to be done. We drove 65 miles to Ravenscraft for service on our Kubota mower and could not be more pleased. Robert and the rest of the folks there went above and beyond. They were very accommodating, friendly and professional and we were 100% satisfied. We highly recommend Ravenscraft.

Ravencraft really went the extra mile for me and my beautiful wife,
I was looking to buy a new Kubota 23s but was having a difficult time finding one and knowing the right implements to get with it. Dan the Kubota man not only had one coming in but also took the time to explain what implements to get with the unit. The team at Ravencraft took the time to teach me and my wife how to operate our new 23s but also removing/changing implements and maintenance.
