i started buying sprouts from Kate a month ago and can’t get enough! i bring them home uncut so they continue to grow on the kitchen counter; saving their boxes so i can recycle them with her the next week. Kate is knowledgeable about the sprouts and is willing to share if you have time to learn. i am trying sprouted pea today and i always get amaranth for their beautiful color ! She has mushrooms too so check her out at the Marina Del Rey farmers market on Saturday. See you there 😊
