I've taken my deer here for years. After this experience I'll be processing myself. I dropped a deer off 12-24-23 I had to call 2 different times I finally got my deer back 1-06-24. Completely understand the holidays. I got my deer home and started unloading in the freezer. It was a 120lb doe and I got around 30lbs of meat. Missing my 2 football roasts not happy with that at all. I'll be doing in home processing next year. Thank you for your service but yalls communication and quality is lacking now adays.

Took 21 days to deer processing done, and when I picked it up my inner tenders were missing! He told me he is not responsible for the inner tenders. Are you kidding me? The best part of the deer and he is keeping them. I’m 52 years old and have had many deer processed and never has anyone kept my inner tenders. And I received I box of meat from a 180lb. Deer. I took a 145lb deer to another processor and filled that same box and another with burger and my inner loins. Would not recommend them to anyone that wants their deer meat back in a timely fashion and done correctly with the correct amounts given back.
