Great staff and service!
I've been a customer of Wendy's and team for many many years and this is either the 2nd or 3rd location of their business. I guess I'm old!
As other reviewers mentioned, the water store is quite clean. Well run and polite staff though I have pretty clean water at my house on well and various filtration. I still buy their water for an espresso machine just to be sure of no scale buildup.

We had an excellent experience with Pure Valley Water. The installation team was incredibly efficient and left no trace of their work, making it seem like they were never even there. installation team. Very accommodating when it came to setting up the installation time and day. We had both a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis system installed. My wife, who is very particular about her water, now drinks it straight from the faucet. Becca even did a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend their services!

These folks are local, knowledgeable, professional and friendly full service water gurus. They sell retail water at their physical location, plus they install and maintain water systems for businesses and homes. I'm impressed by how meticulous and adaptable they've been to set up my water system which has complex requirements, and they're also really nice and responsive.

Came in yesterday and bought a BPA-free 3-gallon dispenser for my room. Got a free fill-up. The water tastes great, I will be coming back for refills and hope to have another reason to buy another container soon. Good quality, good service. I feel lucky they are here in my town.

Great help and support. They always go the extra yard to answer questions and address concerns. They are also extra resourceful and well connected with other peripheral businesses when they are unable to address your concerns themselves (think water truck delivery for emergencies and plumbers for leaks). Don't expect bottom feeder pricing, but their rates are fair and reasonable considering how valuable a resource they are.
