Clean, always has about 98% of what I want or need! Everyone is very nice and helpful. They greet you with a smile either at the door throughout the store and even at the register! Great atmosphere. Food is a little pricey but it's a top tier store in my opinion. Their bogo deals are great too!

We sure do love doing our weekly shopping at Publix.

They have a great selection of products, rotating seasonal fruits and veggies as well as possibly the best deli selection in town.

As a British transplant to Alabama I also deeply appreciate the large selection of cheeses you can get from Europe as well as a well stocked British section. If you haven't ever tried Irn Bru, go get you some from here! The pride of Scotland.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful too. A great place to shop.

This review is not for the store as a whole, but for the bakery.

Public holds a standard of excellence which this bakery absolutely cannot attain. I do not understand why the terrible service is allowed to continue.

My family and I have have placed two separate orders for different events. Each time our orders were not prepared at the designated pick up time, and we had to wait at least an hour for our cakes/cupcakes/platters. Not only did we have to wait, but the "baker" was extremely rude, condescending, and downright hateful. Other staff members were embarrassed by her behavior. The folks working the pickup counter at the front doors were embarrassed and mentioned that this woman is hateful to customers and other employees, particularly teenagers who work in the store.

Tell me why people like this are allowed to remain employed at an establishment with such high standards?

Not only did we have to wait almost an hour each time, but half of the first order we made was "not in the store." This is what we were told as we tried to pick up baked goods two hours before a baby shower.

Someone make it make sense.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BAKERY IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT EVENT.

I always have a great experience at the deli, their subs are the best and some of my favorite employees are Jarrod and Jonathan. They never fail to make my food perfectly and always go the extra mile.

We don't have a Publix where we live. They have a deli there, and we haven't had an Italian sub since we left Florida. It was very good. They were very friendly and made it exactly the way we like.

Super clean and well organized. The Scottsboro location has a very helpful and friendly staff that makes navigating this supermarket even more enjoyable. Plenty of registers open made check a fast and easy experience. Plenty of healthy options and fresh produce for any individual looking to make improvements to their diet. Definitely check then out passing through or if you are local

Awesome grocery store.. clean as a pin and an awesome deli with a soup bar.. good quality groceries at a reasonable price.. the pharmacy is awesome with much better prices than others in the area.. just really impressed with the overall store.. employees were very helpful and friendly.. will definitely go back.. updated from 5 months ago..

Awesome grocery store in a very nice community. Amazing deli, bakery, sushi, and meat selections. So good so fresh. Even has nice outdoor picnic tables to eat on
