I recently had the pleasure of working with Emmy at the Publix bakery for a complicated catering order, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the start, Emmy was incredibly helpful and patient, making sure everything was taken care of. She handled all the details through the Daphne location with professionalism and a friendly attitude, making the whole process stress-free. The final order was perfect, and our event was a success only thanks to her. Highly recommend Emmy and the Publix bakery in Spanish Fort for any catering needs!

The store was immaculate. I didn't expect anything but great service because it is Publix after all. However, they went above and beyond to try to locate the item I was searching for!! No, really. Not just one or two people were helping, like 5 or 6!! On top of that, they all did it with a smile and apologized for not having the product available. Great store and awesome staff!! Well done, Publix, well done 💚

Only got 4 starts from because of the bathroom problem. In the week I stayed there they did not clean them once. Kinda disappointed and disgusting. I brought my own disinfect for the molest and shower I used sprayed them down every single time. Rest of park was great except of the snow storm that happened.

The absolute worst customer service.
There's some nice greeters.
I wouldn't go back there if you pay me $5 million.

This place sucks so bad. It ought to be shut down. Garbage, garbage, garbage. The managing staff and the managing counter. They all need to be fired. Garbage.

This store is fantastic. The best part of any business is its people and the team at the Publix is remarkable. From ensuring that the store is clean, well stocked, safe and organized to escorting me to the location of those hard to find items that I happened to walk by without seeing. They do a remarkable job and that is why they are where we shop. The seafood and deli are also noteworthy for the variety of product that they carry. They are definitely worth going out of the way for.

So have shopped Publix many times in many states but had the wonderful experience of visiting with my daughters kindergarten class. First of all Ashley was the host of our tour and she was wonderful. I saw a side of Publix never had before as usually I'm just shopping for what i need. Truly a wonderful store and many employees have been there a decade or more which says alot!! So impressed.
