Jeremy was very fast, efficient, and knew exactly what to do. After hours of troubleshooting by myself, he was able to have the issue resolved in about 30 minutes. Not only was Jeremy professional and on time, but his online scheduling software is great. I was able to book a service call within a minute through the website. Through the software, I received updates on the status of my service. When Jeremy was on his way to my house, a text message informed me that he was on his way to my house. I didn’t have to guess when he was going to arrive. The company’s $96 quick-fix is also a huge bonus.

I had been wanting to do a few things around the house for quite some time. I spoke with Pruitt electric and they were very fast in responding and telling me what I needed to do and even gave me a couple of great ideas. The guys were very easy to work with, in and out with no mess left behind. I have a couple things I’m going to do in the future and I will definitely contact Pruitt Electric when I am ready.

I had trouble getting my initial electrician to come by and get work done, so instead of halting construction, we just kept moving. Then I called Pruitt to get the work done and it was twice as hard for him because he had to cut through new studs and drywall in order to move some switches. He did the work and fixed a few outlets and was done in half a day. Jason Lutz was extremely professional and efficient.

After about 15 messages to another, competing electrician in Dodge City that went unanswered I called Pruitt Electric. Hailey not only picked up the phone (on the second ring) but made arrangements to install an A/C disconnect for our customer right away! I would highly recommend Pruitt for their professionalism and customer service 😀
