Proud Mitten Shared Kitchen is conveniently located inside the PARC building and is a great place for a food-small business whether you are at the beginning stages of your business or already taken off! Marlo, the owner, is supportive, knowledgeable, and a great resource. She loves to cheerlead the businesses in her kitchen! The kitchen is clean and the tenants are a wonderful community of people. This is a great option for a commercial kitchen and I enjoyed my time at this kitchen. Thank you, Marlo!

I was a client of this kitchen incubator for just under a year. Marlo, the owner, is a fantastic kitchen manager and tries to be as proactive as possible for all of her clients. The kitchen itself is well appointed with anything you could need, multiple storage facilities for refrigerated and frozen products. The workspace is large and open and the separate materials storage area is bright and well organized.

I have worked in other incubators/commercial kitchens and Proud Mitten Shared Kitchen is really top notch. Marlo is selective in accepting new clients, and I have to say that ALL of the other clients were so friendly and helpful to the other makers. Pricing is competitive. But honestly, to me the best thing about this kitchen is Marlo herself. She goes above and beyond for her clients.

If you are looking to start your new business, she will walk you through the process. If you are already there and needing the kitchen space, she lets you produce your product. The building is secure and clean, parking is excellent.

We are Mouthful LLC associated with Proud Mitten Shared Kitchen for over six months .You must have heard the saying "Always surround yourself with people who encourage you " and Marlo owner of the kitchen is one such person. She is humble ,fun loving, extremely passionate, detail oriented, very helpful, patient and loves her community. She believes truly that her growth is by supporting everyone's growth around her.
