Not clear what they do exactly, got a very in depth email from these guys about the projects they are doing in Texas making diesel and jet fuel, with a complete list of all the phases of what this company is planning on doing, how much land they are trying to acquire, how much money they are going to make, et cetera. This was followed by information about a paving business they are trying to get moving, looking for investors. Of course the company name wasn't included in the mailer, I'd have to sign their very confidential NDA to get access to their very exclusive investment opportunity.

This company is obviously too successful and moving forward too quickly for me to be able to keep up with, I one day hope to be as successful as them and their many many succesful companies successing all over me and my business email, just opportuniting all over the place, opportuniting on my company email's face.

Found ProNova online and decided to list my business through them. I've never sold a business before and the questionnaire they sent me for the listing, although very extensive, was everything need to get the listing live. Rebecca was always available for answers to any questions and got everything moving very fast. Once the listing went live we got an interested party within 3 days and 2 more within the first week. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to generate leads. Although the sale took longer than expected due to the Buyer's financing delays, the sale went through successfully. Rebecca was great to work with, always responded quickly to emails, texts and calls. Although some people have told me that ProNova's 10% fee was high, I liked the fact that they did not charge me a penny for all the work they put in until they collected their fee at closing, which means they had to work for their money. Done deal and cash is in the bank!

Working with Greg Martin at ProNova was about as good an experience as I could have asked for, considering how difficult this process can be. I'll start at the beginning...

Greg was incredibly responsive to my initial request for more information, taking my call late in the evening. When I began to receive information, I was really impressed with the quality of the materials he had put together describing the business acquisition in detail. It was clear I was dealing with a professional outfit and high-caliber broker. Greg was able to quickly arrange for fruitful discussions with the Sellers, and was incredibly approachable throughout the entire process. He was incredibly effective and nimble at managing the initial LOI/early negotiation process, and he really had a great sense for quickly finding middle ground to help keep the ball moving down the field.

When it came time for diligence and negotiations, Greg gave us the space we needed to get the work done. A data room was stood up quickly and Greg was able to make sure documents were making their way in. I felt I could always call Greg if I needed advice or clarification, to bounce ideas, and to provide gentle nudges when needed.

As we approached the closing date, Greg was instrumental in helping tie up loose ends. As he did every step of the way, Greg laid out what we could expect and common pitfalls/roadblocks we should try to avoid.

Ultimately, I think it was Greg's ability to match the needs/personalities of the two parties, his technical background and expertise (a professor and phd in accounting will give you confidence he knows what he's talking about when it comes to the numbers), and his responsiveness that helped get this transaction across the finish line in relatively short order (~3.5 months from LOI to close). Several folks involved (lender and attorneys) have mentioned this was one of the smoothest transactions they had ever worked on, and I think that was due in large part to Greg's approach and professionalism.

I can't thank Greg and ProNova enough for making this such an awesome experience. I would be thrilled to work with Greg on all my future acquisition opportunities!

Having received no less than 5 spam emails from Rick Carlson in the last couple of weeks, I think I can confidently say that you don't want to deal with this company. They don't even care if you're not in America, they'll spam any website form they can get their grubby little hands on. Unprofessional, lacking integrity, generally inept, uneducated, relentlessly STUPID.

At the start of 2023 I was looking to purchase my first insurance agency. At first I tried to go through the process on my own, but I realized that I was going to need help. ProNova Partners was at an event I had attended. So I decided to look them up. I found a listing for an agency on their website, I requested more information.
