Am here for pickup yesterday midnight, shipper door was open and window was open, but no body was their. I call on shipping number many time no body pickup. After sometime one man arrived, I ask is this shipper open or closed. He say closed will open 7.00 am or maybe 7.30 am. Am back in my truck, than arrived 7.30 am on shipper office. They say product is not ready if u have more picup go their. Log book goes continue till mid night. What is drivers fault...be aware that kind of shippers.

Very dirty companies. I got the check done here at 11:00 in the morning. And they gave me the door at 5:00 in the evening. Loaded it at 8:00 and when I went to them for the paper, they said, they will call. And neither are they calling. Yes, sitting like this. Go to him, he doesn't talk. Very very dirty company.

They are great. As soon as you get your door, they load you very fast. Drivers get caught up on them taking awhile waiting on a door. If they don't have to product there is nothing they can do

Worse staff ever..... Seems like they enjoy having you wait.... Latest check in they say is 7 pm but will give you a door til midnight if you're lucky

If your loading here and you feel they are done with your door go or call them they will leave you there until they see your paperwork .. 2 time I went and I was done .. they don't care they are working by the hour.

2 hours to unload full dry van for me. So not that bad. Staff looks to be working fast. So glad I don’t run reefer any more. Trucks waiting from the day before to get loaded.

Nice staff. Night parking is available. Easy to back, lot of space. They give you door right away but loads coming from Mexico can take hours so be prepared. Driver lounge is available with clean washrooms and vending machines. Pilot is 1 mile away.
