Wonderful customer service even when short staffed, I placed a order for the pasture raised free range turkey 5-6 pounds such a great deal for a fresh turkey !! I wish I would of called months ago for my meats instead of the grocery stores! Thank you so much everyone!

We were there Friday 6/21/24 for the first day if the Gluten Free Bakery goods from Holland. They were excellent. I never thought I would ever pay $19 for a loaf of bread but the Cinnamon Raisin was worth every penny. We also bought a couple of T bone steaks and they were the best ones we have EVER had. You could cut them with a fork. Also tried their homemade sausage sticks
AWESOME. Bacon is great and the owners and everyone that works there are the nicest people ever. This was the 3rd time we have been there and will be going back again. Its about a 45 minute drive each way but very well worth it. Good job 👍

PC has an incredible wealth of GF items - I have never seen a selection like this at any Jackson-area grocers, especially at such an affordable price. Not picture: Full GF baking section as well!
The staff was incredibly cordial - I will definitely be going back often!

It amazes me how businesses want your business, but don’t take the time to be patient with you to make your needs are met. I called ahead of time to see if they had Delmonico cut steaks, the gentleman on the phone said Delmonico is a thin cut from the Ribeye. He said come on in we can cut them thin for you and gave me rough price of $15 for one. When I get there the employee gets his manager to see if they Delmonico cut. Meat managers comes out and i explain to him I talk someone on the phone about a thin Delmonico (I end up buy 2 steaks and a lot of more meat). He grabs the steaks, cuts them smaller, I asked to make them thinner he hesitates, you visibly tell he was frustrated and irritated. The next customer comes in and only wants one item, the meat manager makes a point to say that this “customer was his easiest costumer all day” - how unprofessional. I haven’t eat the meat yet, but the manager attitude was subpar, which is reflective of other reviews. My first time there I am not sure if I will repeat.

This place is incredible. I had fresh sausages made with ingredients my eating lifestyle needs. I needed no traces of sugars at all. I said that right, they can make what you want. They are amazing. Riley made them for me, what a butcher shop. He even called me to say they were done early.

The fresh meat has top notch marbling. Things that should have well distributed fat, does. Cuts that should be lean, are. I saw nothing that even resembled select meat (what you typically see at other stores on the cheap) only seeing choice and prime...and wagyu...and kobe.

Not only do they easily have the best meat counter in the city, but their hot prepared food is better and cheaper than most restaurants in the area for a wonderful lunch.

To add to this, their hunters and jerky are my new favorite.

The owner also came out and thanked me for coming in. The 4 staff that I interacted with took their job seriously and gave me great customer service. I will come back as this will be my primary source for meat now.

Best salmon around!!

They have the best salmon that I’ve had from a store. The freshness and quality is amazing. Will be back for more.
I also purchase New York strip, which was amazing as well. Not hard and chewy, just soft and delicious.
