Great food great prices. But they older lady working there Thursday Oct 17th at 1:45 was so rude, ignored us and kept sweeping after I asked for help checking out. She said ok and kept sweeping lol. She finally made it over then I didn't think it was possible for a person to check out 5 bags of chicken so slowly, she was definitely being intentionally slow. People like this will make me not go back. Hope your day gets better lady lol

I love their variety and prices, sad to see the BOGO sales are gone for the most part but due to inflation and their prices staying the same I definitely understand! Still a great buy and feeds my family well. I always see the older woman and she's hilarious and always friendly with me. I can see the age barrier from some of the reviews but she's not rude at all. She jokes and is a good one to shoot around with. I love her!!! NEVER get rid of her lol. She always helps me, makes me smile, and let's me know the best buys.

Great selection of frozen chicken at excellent prices!! In this economy, I can't always afford to buy all my groceries from one place. So I'm always on the lookout for markets with reasonable prices, especially on meat of any kind. This is a great store because they have such a great selection of frozen, fully cooked, and uncooked chicken. Not to mention that the service is top-shelf. The staff is polite and personable. When you shop in their store, you'll feel like you're shopping with friends.

They also offer a limited variety of other novelty items such as chicken and chili crispitos, fried okra, potato wedges, French fries in various styles, and more that's already prepped and ready to be deep fried, or if you're like my family, thrown into the air fryer, or baked.

The outstanding selection of various cuts and styles of precooked and uncooked chicken, along with the frozen sides and treats, makes this store one of my go-to stops after payday.

If you're into hearty and delicious desserts, then you might want to try their holiday treats like the pre-made frozen pies that typically go on sale around the holiday seasons. The chocolate cream pie is my absolute favorite and the best pie I've ever tasted. I'm hoping that they will bring them back again this year. I have been craving another taste since the last one I got last year.

The bottom line is that Poultry Direct is always worth the trip if you're in the area. Other big-name retailers can't even come close to the great deals you'll find there. These days, it's more important than ever to save a few dollars any way you can. So if your family is like mine and on a tight food budget, give them a shot. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I have been in there several times before, the workers are usually really nice. However, when I went in there today, the old lady that was working was extremely rude. If I go back and she is working, I will turn right around and leave.

Super friendly staff. I guess they no longer have the buy one get one chicken deals or the free cookie dough on Friday because I havent been getting it but they do have the BEST chicken!!

The prices are amazing & there's lots to choose from; not just chicken either. You can buy 5 lbs of meat for the low price of knock off brands and get much more! I will definitely be going back & will recommend to anybody that asks.
