Food was excellent, definitely my new go to sandwich shop and one of best sandwich shops in town, in my own personal opinion.

Was able to customize almost everything including simple things like salads and soup, good place for those trying to stick to a particular diet or eat a little healthier.

Service was also quick and helpful, got drive thru pickup and was barely in the line for a full five minutes.

This is the worst for service Potbelly’s ever! The cashier looks like a deer in headlights & didn’t hear the sandwich guy yell down the line my order for a shake & I had to ask him twice for my shake bc I don’t think he could move any faster or get his thoughts in his head any more organized if there was a fire lit beneath his feet! The toppings guy spoke so quiet that it took multiple people to interpret what he was trying to say, the tiny toppings sticker he pointed to was half scraped off the top of the 5 foot counter that our parents weren’t tall enough to read. I had to search for the spoons & forks, & finally had to ask where the napkins were! The tables were dirty, the bathroom trash was overflowing…I can’t imagine how these guys handle a rush!

Whoever was working at 6pm on 5.30.25 needs training in customer service. Staff was pretty rude and tried to ignore me whenever I tried to talk to them. They also messed up my sandwich big time and it took forever to be made. Said my sandwich would be ready at 630. I didn't get it until 650... they would make everyone's sandwich that ordered after me before me even though I placed my order first and was waiting 40 minutes

Stopped by once, just to try it, and I’ve been back many times since! Food is always delicious, my order is always correct and on time or early (see update). The staff is also great, always very friendly and efficient.

Update: I was visiting this potbelly pretty regularly, 2-3 times a week, using the app to order. There have now been multiple occasions where I get home with my order only to discover that it was made incorrectly. Yellow cheese when I always order provolone. Feta cheese when it was removed. No pot pie topping on the chicken POT PIE soup.

These are pretty minor issues, but it continues happening. If I order in the future, I will be sure to check my order in-store before driving home with it.

Meh. When we walked in we had high hopes. Smelled great and the menu looked delicious. The sandwiches were incredibly messy and the vegetables were flavorless. The bread was crumbly. The loaded baked potato soup was thin. Pretty disappointed overall.

I was just telling my husband that we’ve never had a poor experience! Potbelly’s is very reliable with food and great customer service!! I can always count on this place to make my order correct every time. The sandwiches, the cookies, the shakes (which I just tried for the first time here yesterday and wow it was amazing!!) Very delicious bread and cookies! The place was very warm, inviting and clean. The service was fast and very friendly. Would recommend the wreck with everything except for mustard and hot peppers unless that's your thing!

I ordered from Potbelly twice now. Each time I have ordered caramelized onions on my sandwiches and I keep getting raw onions. If you aren’t going to cook them to caramelization then take it off your menu.
