Very disappointed!! I asked for roasts, I got none. Every package of meat I have opened has had hair on the meat, not cleaned very well at all. The summer sausage I had made is very dry.I spent extra money for vaccum packaging and quite a few were not sealed properly. I was told I would have my elk meat back in 10 days and it took 23 days. My friend went to pick it up and the owner could not find all of it and after about 20 mins found that some of it was still in the smoker. He also didn't have any change so I feel like I tipped someone for crappy service. I would not recommend taking your game animal to this processor. I had a gut feeling the moment I dropped it off and I was right, the staff is incompetent and not very good at processing. Prices are competitive but quality meat care is way below average. This is the 2nd game animal I've taken there the first was a different owner and nothing has changed under new ownership.
