Probably the best fried chicken place in Harpersville. I say that jokingly because it’s one of the only chicken places in Harpersville however it’s a great addition and I’m so glad that it’s here. As a big fan of Popeyes chicken I can say that the food is always delicious and always consistent with that served at other Popeyes locations. What makes this location even more special is the staff. Their bright smiles and warm hearted welcomes as we come into the door. They were kind and patient while we looked over the menu and we’re available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. I am very grateful for the experience that they provided and highly recommend this location to anyone, and cannot wait to return.

I sat at the order board for at least 10 minutes no one ever came. I then drove up to the window. I told the guy at the window that their speaker was not working. He stated yes it's working but We are busy. The car behind me drove off and the guy at the window said I don't care if he drives off. I ordered my food and He asked me to pull up. I started playing my game on my phone while I waited when I noticed the time I had been waiting an hour for my food. I went inside and told them that I had been waiting for an hour for my food and she apologized and asked who took my order and I showed her the guy and she said he never told them that he pulled me up. I was 38 hot ?. They better be glad I wasn't in a bad mood. But the food was good and hot..

Actually they should have given me my money back with my food!

Workers were smoking weed when we pulled up, went inside, and the whole store smelled like weed. I really wanted Popeyes, but I don't trust stoned workers to cook my chicken I've had food poisoning enough. Do not recommend. Just wait until you get off work to smoke?

This was my first visit to a Popeye's in some time. It was also my first time in Harpersville, Alabama and an unexpected visit. A big traffic jam on the Interstate ended up being a trip through the countryside and led to this Popeye's.

The staff was friendly. I walked up to the entrance and walked in. As it turned out, the dining room was actually closed but someone forgot to lock the door. We did not know that for a few minutes until someone apologized, explained the situation, and let us order and still eat inside. The problem, as is often the case now, was a lack of a complete staff.

As a result, we had a quiet dining experience in a dining room that was very neat, clean and quiet. No doubt, the people who came up and wanted to come inside were perplexed as we were sitting there eating but the door was locked so no one else could enter.

The two-piece combo meal I had was excellent. It was cooked perfectly with a little spice. My dining companion had the chicken tenders. They were also very good.

The biscuit was tasty and not overdone, the drink cup was very large and the iced tea was also good. The cajun rice was very spicy. I think I would go for the red beans and rice on another visit.

I suspect we will try another Popeye's in the near future when we have a craving for fried chicken.

It’s hard to give a positive review when the three times you visited your order has never been correct. I still like spicy chicken sandwich though. I don’t plan on returning three strikes in there out

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this place is absolutely terrible. I ordered a meal for one person and I waited 25-30 minutes for my meal. When I went and asked about it they merely looked at my ticket and was like oh he's been here a minute. Then they realized they didn't have any fries so I had to wait for that as well. It would've been different had they came and gave me updates but there wasn't any oh I'm sorry for your wait my apologies. They just handed me the food like I didn't just wait 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich. At that point it ruined the whole meal for me.

Food was horrible. I almost broke a tooth when I bit down on a fry. On top of that I had to wait about thirty minutes or more to get it. On the other side I can't blame the workers because there was only two people working. This place needs more help and I'm sure the workers need more pay.

Food is as expected, longer than expected wait times for mobile and in restaurant orders. Been here a number of times always a 20-30 minute wait for food.
