Great Beer Place 🍺🍻

They have a rich menu of beer like a paradise, all different kinds and flavors! So you can really find yours, since I’m a hazy fan, my favorite one was “Cashmere” and my boyfriend tried “Surreal Appeal Belgian Golden” too good!!!
They do also have a food menu, that’s also it’s very good!!!

The place is very nice, very clean, nice design and decoration! They have an indoor and outdoor space for hanging. Really great place for beer lovers!

What a wonderful afternoon spent with great friends in a chill, welcoming atmosphere at Pond Farm. The service was stellar. Super kind and accommodating staff. Henry at PF was a stand out! We felt like we were at home and ate delicious food and drank some tasty gluten-free beer too! One of the best places in San Rafael, I'd have to say. Thanks PF!

The pretzel bread Beer bratwurst sandwich was best I ever had. The bread was so delicious. Next time, I may order two, ha! They are the perfect amount to finish in one seating. My partner loved his pork sandwich. the bread was really really good too.
They allow dogs in side patio and they have dog water bowls. You have to stand up and order your own drinks and food etc. so plan for that. ..or you can order via a QR code. I upgraded the service from a 3 to a 5 just because you can't go there and expect more than them dropping off your food BUT the guy was nice and smiling and made sure we didn't have too much sun on our face and he was very nice to our dog. They do have shade if needed in side yard and sun.

Great beer options.

The cookie a la mode was not what we expect. Cookie was not warm(ed). It was kinda hard and with a scoop of vanilla on top. The cookie had possibly had been in fridge..

Brussel sprouts were cooked perfectly, tho not much of the peanut flavor. I would ask for a side next time if I don't taste it as much. But they were still good.

Pond Farm is my local. The bar staff are incredibly friendly and I'm proud to call some of them friends.

The brewery makes a wide selection of beers from your classic California IPAs to more European inspired lagers, pilsners, kolches and my favorite: dark lagers.

The food selection is wide and doesn't always fit my taste, but I'm very happy the pulled pork sandwich made it from the specials list on to the permanent menu. It's so, so good!

The brewery also offers an annual membership that includes monthly tastings, a monthly free 4 pack, your own personalized stein and member discounts on pints and merch.

For me it's the perfect third space and I'm so happy to have it in the neighborhood.

Such a cute place! The staff was friendly, helpful, and timely. I loved that there were several options to create your own flight. We ordered the loaded pretzel and brussel sprouts. It was also kid friendly and they even had a small kids menu which was awesome. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Love Pond Farm. I can have virtually all the beers no problem even though I'm gluten intolerant. They technically can't say they are gluten-free because they are not a gluten-free celiac approved facility, but unless I have certain beers, most of it does not affect me at all.

And they are good! Like really good! Being gluten intolerant for over a decade now, I never thought I would be able to have another sour. I also love the way they rotate them.

Always like sitting outside with the pup!

Update 06/2022 - They have good note too! The bratwurst, roast chicken and chicken wings were big hits!

Original post - Clean, bright, wide open space with a good variety of tasty beers all brewed on site. It's also super bike friendly - with indoor bike racks - and kid friendly - with a kids play space that includes kids sized furniture and a variety of toys. Someone spill a little beer on you and you don't want to head out smelling like a brewery? They have cool t-shirts (I got one), hoodies (my husband wants one), and bike jerseys that will make sure you're visible on the road. Enjoy!

Great beer selection in a large, inviting space with a lounging area, a children's play area, and outdoor seating which is dog friendly. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable about the beer, and approachable.

There's lots of bike parking inside.
